Barriefield Village proposal heads to council Tuesday
The affordable housing proposal for Barriefield village will be voted on by Council on Tuesday September 7th.
City staff estimate the Barriefield project could cost taxpayers nearly one-million dollars before anything is built
The final report which includes a study by outside consultants is costing up to $250,000.00 alone.
The report projects it could take an estimated three years before construction begins.
